The horse carriage restoration is almost complete

We were able to replace the broken left front wheel of the carriage with a new one.

With the help of Jonathan (a 19-year-old tourist from Germany), we were able to make further progress on the carriage’s restoration. Jonathan sanded all the hinges and then painted them black. Many thanks to Jonathan for his help.

The next step will be to stain the entire carriage with various linseed oil paints. This will protect the wood and extend the carriage’s lifespan.
