Here you find an overview about our projects and visions at the farm. We appreciate any donation for one of these projects.
Our dream is to buy and keep 3-4 Swedish mountain cows. We want to be self-sufficient with their milk and produce butter and cheese. The Swedish mountain cow breed is endangered, and there are only a few people in Scandinavia who still keep these cows.
We want to grow and offer even more vegetables and therefore want to build a larger greenhouse. The new greenhouse will be built in a similar style to the one we already have – only larger and even more stable.
This horse-drawn carriage is being restored and will later serve as a street sign for our farm shop on the main road. It would be a shame if these old, handmade carriages were simply left to rot.
We are programming our own in-house bookkeeping and tax app. This saves us from using expensive bookkeeping software and allows us to configure everything exactly as we want.

We saved this little house from falling apart and converted it into a farm shop. Here we sell all kinds of organic products, as well as our own vegetables, homemade items, camping and outdoor gear, and more.

With our new web app, customers can see which fruits and vegetables we currently have freshly available. They can then conveniently order via the app and pick them up on-site on their preferred date. The app helps us keep all our products in stock and sell them fresh directly to our customers.
We want to build a simple cow shelter in the field for the cows. The shelter should also be somewhat insulated so that the cows can warm it up a bit in winter, making milking in winter less unpleasant for us.

We programmed our own internal invoicing app. Running on a web server, the app allows us to create customer invoices and perform basic bookkeeping. It saves us money, as accounting software is very expensive these days.

Our insulated chicken coop, located in our self-sufficient garden, offers space for approximately 20-25 chickens. It heats itself, and the built-in windows ensure the chickens receive enough light to feel comfortable even in winter.

We have already managed to install a small solar system consisting of two modules and a portable solar battery with an integrated inverter. With this system we can prepare most of our meals on an electric stove in spring, summer, and autumn.

With the help of 2 helpers from Germany and Austria, we built these simple wooden bridges onto the self-built road to the forest. They allow us access to the forest by tractor and other machines.
Here we are building a homegym with various training equipment. This will also be usable by our guests later.

Our self-built tipi sauna. It only cost us about €30. The sauna reaches temperatures of 40-60 degrees (depending on the outside temperature).
We’re working on opening our own small flea market next to the farm shop. Locals and tourists can browse and find great bargains there. It will also allow us to sell things we no longer need and contribute to the reuse of old items in a world where everything is constantly being thrown away and newly produced.
We are working on creating an orchard with about 10-15 fruit trees. Here we want to grow organic fruit for self-sufficiency and for sale in our farm shop.

A beautiful vegetable patch in the shape of a Viking ship. Easy to drive around with the lawnmower.
We are working on building a series of raised beds which we will fill with strawberry plants. The first of approximately 7 raised beds is already in place.
We are working on setting up a small airsoft playing field. The playing field will also serve as a pasture for our cows, so we are making sure to build everything in a completely natural way (with wooden and moss shelters).
Hier wollen wir eine Sauna bauen. Die Sauna wird mit dem Badhaus verbunden sein, sodass man direkt after the sauna. So far we have prepare the ground and the foundation stones for the construction.
The goal is to build a small building that comes with a kitchen spot, a shower, simple dry toilett, a trash place and a little seating area. The building is primarily intended to serve our guests.
We are working on breathing new life and diversity into a “dead” monoculture forest with no diversity. Almost all “forests” in Sweden are actually plantations in which the trees are time by time harvested with big forest maschines. This often creates “desert-like” areas that do not look very attractive. We want to turn our forest into a beautiful diverse forest again.
